My new invention, well Neriah and I's new invention...

Not the best picture, but I don't make the best pictures anyway. Yesterday, I was drinking and being creative. I busted out the sewing machine to sew an imitation carabiner into one of those neck things I got from a Navy recruiter at FSU.It had a flimsy little clip that I did not want to trust my key on. However, I did want one of these to hang a key. While I was drinking and sewing and conversing with Neriah, we developed an idea from the liquid pool of thunk we coagulated it into an awesome invention, the Beer Necklace. I somehow got a wild hair to tie a couple knots that were easily applied to the neck thing and a bottle. It was awesome. Even walking with slight deviations it swung and swayed beautifully, ready for me to grab it and partake of its goodness. I took the dog around the neighborhood for a pee/poop/sniff and it worked wonderfully, providing me with refreshment throughout the walk.

I am going to go sit in my recliner on the porch and read about sailing as I drink a morning beverage.

I must make it again

Yesterday morning, it was at a good walking point, so Snickers de Mayo and I went for a pee/poop/sniff. The sky was amazing, as usual. It has rained now for a few days non-stop. It is so nice. It cracks me up to hear people complain about the crappy weather. I mean, we are in Florida right? Drought? Have they forgotten where we are, or just being negative people who like to complain about everything and wonder why there is so much negative in their lives? Anyway, so here I am on the whatever day, I dunno, they're all Sunday to me, sitting in my recliner on the porch as it rains ever so gently and the breeze caresses my cheek as Jimi caresses my ears, writing about life and thinking I need to finish a book, dammit.
Yesterday, I decided it was time to make that awesome chili again. Wait, supm's wrong...
Aaaah, that's better. Not so much emptiness. That's kinda depressing. Well, the coffee cup with the tea bag still in it, will remain empty. Damn, this Bud Light Lime is so good. I don't normally buy it because I usually buy the much cheaper, stronger Icehouse. However, it was on sale for way cheap, just barely more than Icehouse, so, well, I was compelled to partake. I was turned on to it by...Emily's (my ex-gf) Brother-in-law's cousin-in-law. Whew, that's a good one. Anyway, when Emily and I went up to the beach bum paradise in North Cackalacky for her sister's wedding, there was much beer to be sampled by a full-time beach bum. Then, I was introduced to this stuff that apparently replaced Tequiza, which I never tried, so it really meant nothing to me. However, this was damn good beer. It was like a Corona with a lime without the actual lime slice. Mmmm, they is good, and like Corona, go down so damn quickly.
Ooh, done, this stuff is so good.
I tried to make a nice presentation for a picture, but it is still just eh. You can hardly see that it's over brown rice with broccoli. Now, it's time to forget presentation and add some juice and hot sauce and eat it, mmm.

Another awesome life experience

The other day, the yungins and I went on downtown to our favorite lake. One of those super cool round swings was open so we hadta take the opportunity. Snickers and I sitted on one side and Neriah sitted one the other.
I tried to take a picture of us until my dumbassness was replaced by the realization that my daughter was standing right thar watching us.
This swing is so cool. I ain't never seed no big round one li'kiss.
I ain't never seed these kinda ducks neever. They were all smooth brown and grey. They just stood in a perfect formation like little soldiers. They were quite beautiful creatures. I was kinda surprised that I've never seen them before.

"Hey, what are you guys lookin at? I wanna see."
We went across the street to check out the little train station that we've been curious about for a while. It was pretty cool, so cool I took no pictures, oops. It was just a charming little train station with the benches out back by the tracks. Outside, as we were about to cross the street and return to the sidewalk around the lake, we noticed this alligator made of all kinds of interesting metal hinges, clasps, chains, etc. It was really cool. Lakeland has a handful of interesting pieces of artwork at various places downtown.
At the top of the lake, the road goes right up to the heart of downtown, which is what we followed to investigate the something going on. Oooh, a bicycle race, cool. I failed to get a picture of it, but on the last lap, a huge group from about eighth place back about 20 people experienced a big crash at this, the last turn. After the race was done, I, being the inquisitive person I am, asked some guy what this was and he said it was some state-level supm. It really tickled my fondness of riding bicycles. I usedta love riding 35 or 40 miles with a friend, it was awesome exercises.
Aaah, back to the lake and, not surprisingly, to a breathtaking view as we headed back ov'ar to retrieve our water bottles from the car.
Rhianna and  sat on the wall over here sipping our waters while Neriah used his abundance of energies to give spins to lotsa childrens on this cool contraption. He went around about 482 times.
Later, we had a while before their mom was coming to get them, so we took Snickers de Mayo for a pee/poop/sniff. The rain was on the verge of busting the clouds open.

I don't feel like writing.

I don't feel like it, still. I'm just gonna post these pictures of the awesome sky. Before this, I have accumulated 65 pictures of the past few days, but that's just too many to fumble with. If I do, I may just post the pictures.

Snickers de Mayo

A while back, when we were still in Athens up'ar, and Rhianna was only a couple years younger but it looks like forever ( holy shite), and we still had Rusty, she posed for this impromptu, perfect frickin picture. I was rummaging through old pictures the other day and found it. I sent it to her and got the wild hair idea to take a similar picture with my new wiener.

Mine is nowhere near as good as the Rhianna/Rusty picture. I do love the big ears, though.
I love her. She has sweet dog breath, not the dead carcass breath that Zoee always has.
This is an artistic creation of Rhianna. She leaved it on the table and I just hadta include it, it's so awesome. My tin snips were on the table  because I was using them to cut the hemp rope for that table and had yet to put them back in their toolbox home. She wasn't implying, by this picture, that she would cut his nose. That would be mean. The idea was that she could grab it and twist, thus breaking his nose, haha, very good drawing of tin snips, though.

Listening to: The alarm in my head telling me to get ready to go on down to my sister's beach bum paradise and the whistling of a few very nice sounding birds that are saying how nice it is while it's still morning, before it becomes OMFhot.

Hot, drunk, woot! Ok, now that I'm finally writing this, morning sleepy, cool, inspired...

OMFgold. It's like a gold overdose. My sister was going through her new fiance's beach bum paradise of a house, because it is now theirs and in need of her womanly touch, of course. So, she found these tables in the bar and knew of a brother in need, so they gots donated. They are only about 30 or so years old and much in need of supm.
I gotta wild hair the other day to remove all the exorbitant amount of gold and replace it with some hemp rope. I just finished it this morning. I am pretty stoked. I like the way it turned out.
Yesterday, I took Snickers to her first vet visit for a general exam.
It was 88, but with the windows down and the sunroof open, it felt so nice. I am really digging it down here, now. This life experience has developed into something I am very thankful for.
ahhh, yeah, like this.
She taked my wiener away to check a couple dry spots.
She's back, now we gotsta wait for the doc to check the skin scrapings. I got too accustomed to being a Naval Officer, and therefore doing whatever the hell I want. Now, being a full-time beach bum just adds to my attitude. So, I decided to take Snickers outside to ptinkle since we were waiting anyway. Then, while we were meandering, Alane, the volunteer coordinator came by and I surely would not pass up an opportunity to see her new office. Spending a few minutes admiring her beautiful face and listening to her sweet voice is an easy substitute for sitting in there waiting on the vet.
We left the vet after all was determined good and went on downtown to my favorite lake. The sky, as well as the rest of the world around us, was amazing, as usual.
I hung her lease on a branch so I could take a few pictures right kweeick.
What is my leash attached to up there? I love those big, floppy ears.
Ah, the proud weiner pose. Damn, she's beautiful.
Some kids were been chapperoned by a couple womans. I didn't get the name on their shirts. They was feeding the birdies.
As is so often the case, these guys looked so much better in real life.
Same here. This was an interesting train of ducks crossing the walkway, with one straggler way behind.
This was cool, a rare sight, prolly because I haven't had a dog. This swan hissed at us and bowed up as it came on toward us and dared us to twitch in its direction. Really cool. Snickers wasn't really interested in confronting this huge hissing thing. I hadta get a picture, at least, unfortunately, however, I failed to capture the hissing mouth.
